Parking is a bit crazy right now with the Farmer's Market construction. Give yourself plenty of time to park as it can get full. There is parking on side streets if needed. 15 minute parking is available but they do expect you out in 15 minutes so this is only good for those of you getting your brows done.
Our front door is usually locked since we do not have a receptionist. Text me at (913) 605-5051 when you get here and then Please wait outside or in your car and wait to be prompted to come inside. If I do not respond right away I am likely in an appt before you, but I will let you know when the door is unlocked for you to head in.
If you are running more than 5 minutes late please let me know. I may have to decrease your service time or reschedule you depending on the length of the service. I have to be able to have proper cleaning time in between each client.
If you are ill or showing any signs of illness (including sniffles), please reschedule your appointment. I will deny services for any signs of illness!!!!!!! Please don't knowingly get me or my other clients sick!!!!
If you are showing any signs of open wounds on your face (cold sores, blisters around nose, sores on face or neck) please reschedule. I cannot work on compromised skin and will have to deny service. This includes sunburned skin. There cannot be any remaining signs of skin issue to include redness, dry skin or any irritation. If you have had any procedures on your face neck or decollete please wait until completely healed.
Please know that use of retinoid, AHA, BHA and certain medications can affect what treatments I am able to do on you. Any skin thinning products listed above need to be stopped at least 7 days prior to any facial waxing. If you receive Botox injections on your face you must wait 2 weeks before I can do a treatment on you, including facial waxing.
!! If you are getting waxing or facials please note these activities to refrain from for at least 24 hours post service....
Direct Sun Exposure
Activities with lots of sweating
Saunas
Pools
Workouts (No gym post facial/waxing)
Heavy skincare products
I am a mother, wife and daughter to some amazing and busy people. I am in charge of my household with a husband who works a very busy and stressful job during a crazy time. I am also fighting some medical issues which affect my body and am dealing with medication additions and adjustments. Because of this there is always a possibility I will have to reschedule your appointment if something goes array. I am a family first woman trying to juggle health, home and job. Please give me a little grace in this as I navigate this world. I will give you the same grace I ask for, if you have something come up and need to cancel or reschedule that is never a problem, I just ask you let me know.
